They are seeking Systems Software Engineering Interns to work with Embedded Systems, contributing to the development and validation of software for complex electronic systems. This internship offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, aimed at final-year and graduate students.
Responsibilities
Develop & Integrate: Work on understanding Systems and embedded software development for complex electronic systems
Hands-On Testing: Step out of the code and into the lab, using professional test equipment to integrate and validate your software on actual hardware to align with Systems Requirements
Collaborate: Work alongside seasoned engineers to solve intricate problems in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Qualification
Required
Currently entering your Senior year of an Engineering degree or pursuing a Master's degree
A solid understanding of basic electronics
Proficiency in at least one or more of the following: C++, Python, or MATLAB
Must be a US Citizen eligible for a Secret Department of Defense (DoW) clearance
Preferred
Experience with laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.)
Previous internship experience in embedded systems or software development
A curiosity for how complex electronic systems communicate and function
Understanding of radar principles
Understanding of CPU, GPU, & FPGA Radar signal processing and control
Understanding of Electro-optics principles
Understanding of Digital Engineering
