HARMAN International is a global technology company focused on innovation and success. They are currently offering an internship opportunity in Cloud-based software development where the intern will contribute to the design, development, and testing of cloud technologies for scalable applications.

Responsibilities

Assist in Cloud Management including operations, provisioning, security hardening and user management
Assist in relatively small projects related to CloudHub and other automation
Work with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
Use GitHub to track and share code
Write and run unit tests or see how the QA process works
Participate in team meetings, code reviews, or peer programming to collaborate with team members
Assist in designing software features or modules
Learn data processing or handling techniques

Qualification

Required

Degree must be in related area of work with courses in Computer Science or Information Management Systems or Business Administration
Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders
Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Must be currently enrolled in a related Bachelor's Degree program or higher at an accredited institution having completed your Sophomore year or later, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter before participation in the internship program, and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program
Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA
Be willing to work in an office in Novi, Michigan
Able to provide your own housing and transportation to/from work
Must possess unrestricted work authorization
Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
Must provide full work availability from May 18, 2026 through August 7, 2026 and be able to work 40 hours per week
