ING Americas is a leading financial services provider in the Wholesale Banking sector. They are seeking dynamic interns for their Technology Internship focusing on Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, and Quality Assurance, where the intern will assist in operations and contribute to various projects.
Responsibilities
Pursue and apply methods to verify and improve the Americas asset inventory (CMDB) and dependency chains
Become familiar with ING Agile Way of Working and Microsoft Azure Boards to participate in sprint ceremonies and productivity measurements
Gather Incident ticket statistics and prepare trend reports
Collect artifacts and prepare documents to evidence effective risk controls
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate college student, graduating in 2028 in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, engineering, or related field
Basic knowledge of computers and networks required
Strong organizational ability, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Attendance in office as needed and at least one day per week
Preferred
Graduate students may also be considered for certain roles
