They are seeking interns for their Summer Strategic Student Program to apply their education in real-world scenarios, focusing on developing AI solutions for electronic design automation challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate emerging Agentic AI frameworks and methodologies
  • Develop and implement prototypes of AI agents to address specific EDA problems (e.g., design exploration, optimization)
  • Assist in integrating AI agent solutions with existing EDA tools and workflows
  • Analyze performance and effectiveness of AI-driven approaches compared to traditional methods
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and researchers to define project scope and deliverables
  • Document findings, present results, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Qualification

Required

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of AI/Machine Learning fundamentals, including neural networks, reinforcement learning, or large language models
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred

  • Familiarity with agent-based systems, multi-agent systems, or autonomous agents is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) concepts (e.g., VLSI design, circuit simulation, physical design) is a bonus
