Nokia is a global leader in technology and telecommunications, and they are seeking a Software Test Co-op/Intern. The role involves designing and automating test cases, collaborating with the design team, and validating defects for new products and technologies.
Responsibilities
Design and automate test cases for our different customer use cases in a JavaScript-based programmable environment
Work closely with the design team and raise defects
Validation of defects when fixes are available
Work with new products and technologies which will be managed by our management portfolio, including advancements to Service Routing
Qualification
Required
Currently a candidate for a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc., or a related field with an accredited school in Canada
Experience with software design and concepts, exposure to various programming languages like JavaScript and Python
Ability to produce high-quality test strategies, test plans, and test cases
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) required
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
