They are seeking a Software Specialist Intern to assist with various tasks relevant to the execution of contracts, providing real-world experience and mentorship throughout the internship.
Responsibilities
Assist with the development of reporting using Microsoft Power BI.
Perform system monitoring, analysis, and reporting using Splunk.
Perform tasks to completion semi-independently after receiving technical direction.
Assist the development, installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical hardware and/or systems.
Participate in product verification testing designed to ensure requirements are being met.
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Must be junior or senior class level, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
US citizenship is required, as well as eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
Must be available to support the internship this summer onsite at our Edgewood, MD location.
