The Software Engineering Intern will support the design and development of software applications and platforms for the aviation community, participate in code reviews and automated testing, collaborate with software engineers, and maintain software documentation.
Responsibilities
Support designing and developing software applications and platforms for the Aviation community
Participate in code reviews and develop automated test cases
Work closely with our team of Software Engineers to ensure that our software meets the requirements of our customers
Maintain documentation of software design and development
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and Scripting
Familiarity with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, or Jenkins
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
