The Software Engineering Intern will assist in the creation of Avionics Cockpit Central Display Unit (CDU) software simulations and modeling environment, gaining crucial engineering avionics experience and skills for their future.
Responsibilities
Perform in a cross-functional agile team
Work in close coordination with a mentor using Collins Aerospace engineering processes
Model and Simulate via Avionics Software based Central Display Unit (CDU) control pages
Demonstrate completed project at Summer Engineering Project (SEPP) demo fair
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in an applicable discipline and actively enrolled through completion of the internship / co-op session
Coding Higher level languages like Python, or relevant languages (C/C++, Java)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
