Jabil is a global manufacturing services company that is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to investigate AI technologies for cameras mounted on drone platforms. The intern will research current AI solutions, create an overview of the market, and identify requirements for integrating AI solutions.
Responsibilities
Research current AI solutions augmenting drone camera performance
Create an overview of the market and available solutions (3rd party companies, universities, open source, etc.)
Identify COTS solutions for AI
Identify the requirements necessary to integrate an AI solution
Create a strategy for implementing an AI solution
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a computer science, software engineering degree with a focus on AI and / or computer vision
Prior academic, project, or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory
The role requires a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and basic organizational skills
The intern should demonstrate the ability to work independently with creative, structured thought
