They are seeking a Software Engineering Intern to contribute to software development and implementation of test applications while collaborating across departments to solve software-related problems.
Responsibilities
Software development & design, (installing, configuring, testing), project plans and verification
Knowledgeable of software development concepts, process, and tools
Maintaining and upgrading existing software applications written in different programming languages (Python, JavaScript, C#, React, SQL, Elasticsearch)
Assist in creating reports, memos, status updates
Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Investigate customer issues for software performance to identify product solutions
Maintain confidentiality of company intellectual property and customer information
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Work authorization is required during and any point after graduation (No OPT, CPT, H1B, F1 etc. students at this time)
Intermediate computer/technical skills in Microsoft products
Programming experience in Python, React, C#, JavaScript, or other object-oriented languages
Preferred
Preference to freshman and sophomores in undergrad
Preference to CA residents and students
