S&P Global is a leading provider of credit ratings and analytics, and they are seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join their team. The role involves contributing to the development of public-facing websites and solutions using various technologies while collaborating with global teams.
Responsibilities
Drive the development of strategic initiatives in a timely manner working with various stakeholders
Set priorities among competing goals and objectives and coordinates simultaneous workflows to ensure efficient contribution to S&P objectives
Promote an organization that is focused on outstanding customer service, high performance, teamwork, and accountability
Ensure roles and responsibilities are well defined with clearly identified goals, objectives, and process in place
Contribute to and support S&P enterprise architecture, strategic roadmaps, transformation from current state to future state
Collaborate with global technology development teams, and cross-functional teams
Explore and utilize AI tools to improve productivity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, Data Science or equivalent with anticipated graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have strong development skills and learning agility
Must be hands on in coding specifically using React, Next Js, Java, Python, Data Fabrication and related technologies
Must have understanding on web technologies along with cloud exposure
Have ability to work in a collaborative work environment
Preferred
Good to have understanding on MCP farmwork, Model fine turning, RAG and Vector Embedding
