Responsibilities
Assist in the development, testing, and support of software, data, and infrastructure solutions
Support business and technical teams by analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and contributing to solution design
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and project teams to deliver technology and business initiatives
Participate in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and continuous improvement efforts
Create and maintain documentation to support systems, processes, and operational workflows
Apply problem-solving skills to identify challenges and recommend effective solutions
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
Excellent communication, documentation skills, and attention to detail
Demonstrated passion for learning and professional growth
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Coursework in software engineering, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data analysis, or business systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
