The intern will join the engineering team to help build Deltek’s next-generation, cloud-native Project Portfolio Management platform, gaining hands-on experience in AI-first development and enterprise-scale software development.
Responsibilities
Contribute to development of a cloud-native, microservices-based platform
Build and enhance APIs, UI components, and backend services
Work with modern frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, React)
Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver customer outcomes
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Familiarity with one or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript, etc.)
Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, or databases
Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn
Interest in cloud technologies and AI-driven development

Embracing an AI-first approach where GenAI and agentic AI tools are essential collaborators
