Responsibilities
Quickly understand problem statements and formulate a variety of possible solutions
Work with the teams that develop and deploy software solutions
Write and maintain code specific to active projects
Collaborate across multiple teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality
Be adaptable
Qualification
Required
To be considered for the internship, candidates must have permanent US Work authorization. We are unable to sponsor temporary work visas or accept CPT/OPT authorization for this role
Current enrollment in a BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, and Physics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Or equivalent software development experience
Experience in general software development and tooling such as git
Work or side projects
Preferred
Experience with developing full-stack applications
Experience with Python, Rust, or preferably TypeScript
Experience with cloud deployment (particularly Azure or preferably Cloudflare)
Experience with databases
Excitement to learn cutting edge tools
