Brady Corporation is a global leader in safety, identification, and compliance solutions, and they are seeking a Software Engineer Intern. The intern will be responsible for implementing and supporting the software team's delivery of high-quality code while assisting in various engineering duties such as software design, development, and debugging.
Responsibilities
Leverage C# .NET and Microsoft's Visual Studio environment
Utilize object oriented coding techniques, follow coding standards, and follow development best practices
Support other development and quality assurance team members with expertise in code and functionality
Performs code reviews and follows all development processes
Setup and use software code debuggers and profiling tools
Design, develop, and test web applications using React/TypeScript
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Knowledge of one or more object-oriented programming languages: C++, C#, or Java
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
Preferred
Infrastructure as code and automation
AI tools and prompt engineering
Knowledge of .NET
Experience with source control
