They are seeking a Software Developer/Engineer Intern/Co-Op to assist with web application design and development, AI/ML integration, and various integration tasks related to security and analytic products.
Responsibilities
Receive assignments in the form of objectives and establish goals to meet outlined objectives
Perform software analysis, design, development and test of specific requirements related to AI/ML, 3D modeling, simulation, visualization, and COTS integration
Determine system and software specifications and architecture to meet customer requirements
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or directly related field
The student must be willing/able to take a semester off to work through the Spring (January-June) or Fall (June-December) semester
Minimum 3.0 GPA. Please note your GPA on your resume when submitting your application
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph Security clearance
US Citizenship required
Willing and able to relocate to Reston, Virginia, if needed
Knowledge of Python, JavaScript (Angular), and C++ application and microservice programming, integrating with database systems
Experience with Virtual Machines
Familiarity with Unreal engine, VS Code, Jira and GitLab
Knowledge of web services, AI/LLMs, data simulation, security, cloud services, and communications
Proficiency in computer applications, languages, technologies, set-up and configurations, trouble shooting, and system design
Preferred
Familiarity with software security requirements, information assurance policies and software testing technologies
