SAP is a global leader in business application software, and they are seeking an intern for their SAP SuccessFactors Learning team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and enhancing software, while gaining experience with Generative AI and collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and enhance software by understanding requirements, implementing and testing features, writing automated tests, and resolving issues
Embrace lean and agile software development principles by participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
Collaborate and innovate with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to deliver a seamless, consistent, and engaging product/experience for millions of users
Gain experience working with Generative AI, Foundation Models, and LLMs
Grow in leadership, presentation, and other soft skills
Qualification
Required
Candidates to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master's degree program in Computer Science or Engineering at an accredited institution
Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, OOP, design patterns, and software design principles
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Groovy, or Bash
Knowledge of backend services (REST APIs, Microservices) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
Understanding of at least one relational database system such as SAP Hana, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or DB2
DevOps mindset – inherent sense of ownership through the development and deployment lifecycle
Technologies/Tools/Architectures you could enjoy: Cloud development, AI, Microservices, Continuous Delivery, Spring Boot, Spring Reactor, Docker, Kubernetes, Swagger, Hadoop
Familiarity with UI technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams across various geographies
