SAP is the global market leader for business software and related services. They are seeking a motivated and technically proficient intern to join their NS2 CAS Delivery team, focusing on analyzing datasets, improving processes, and supporting IT service management in cloud environments.
Responsibilities
Utilize Excel to analyze datasets, create reports, and develop visualizations to identify trends and insights
Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of ServiceNow dashboards to improve visibility into team performance and service metrics
Collaborate with the team to document, analyze, and improve existing processes
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for IT service management
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen; this position requires access to customer data
Pursuing a degree in Computer Information Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Preferred
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
Experience with ServiceNow and/or SAP applications is a plus
Basic understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management principles a plus
