SAP is a global leader in enterprise application software, and they are seeking an intern for their Adoption Excellence Americas program. The role involves supporting initiatives to enhance delivery quality and customer success while collaborating with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Support initiatives that improve delivery quality, consistency, and customer success across SAP engagements in the Americas
Assist with documentation, tracking, and coordination of delivery standards and methodology adoption
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help drive program execution and operational excellence
Help monitor projects from pre-sales through go-live, ensuring alignment with SAP’s cloud transformation strategy
Contribute to the adoption of standardized tools and delivery frameworks
Research and explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve program delivery efficiency
Support reporting, dashboards, and analysis to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong interest in enterprise software, cloud technology, and program delivery
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred
Familiarity with SAP or enterprise software concepts
Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard tools
Interest in AI, automation, or process improvement
