Responsibilities
Learning to test software in development and test system during unit and integration testing
Learning to perform software releases and carrying out software quality assurance activities
Applying academic knowledge of new technologies to suggest improvements for user interfaces and the usability of various applications
Performing software installation, setup, and coordination activities related to laptops, mobile devices, printers and other equipment
Keeping management informed on current workload, issues and future assignments
Adhering to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
Adhering to company and professional ethics governing the handling of confidential information and the observation of confidentiality
Maintaining professional relationships with company employees, clients and customers, both internally and externally
Representing the company professionally in all interactions both internally and externally
Qualification
Required
Attending an accredited college/university and will be continuing your education after the internship
Working towards a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management or Computer Science
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Good oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others
Good organizational, planning and follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
