Verizon is a broadband and telecommunications company that provides information and entertainment services. They are seeking a Cloud Solutions intern who will engage in meaningful projects that deliver tangible business impact while gaining exposure to various technologies and networking opportunities.
Responsibilities
You’ll have the opportunity to network with V Teamers across the globe, find mentors, and establish meaningful friendships that could last a lifetime.
You may work on projects that enhance your skills in areas such as 5G Technology, AR/VR and Computer Vision, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Computing, Network Features, Data, Source Control, and Network Architecture.
You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered.
Qualification
Required
Ability to participate in our hybrid 10-week internship that takes place from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025 working a full-time schedule.
Current enrollment at Rutgers University in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree majoring in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science or related majors with a completion date between December 2027 and June 2028.
Coursework or demonstrated experience in scripting and coding (ex: Python, Java).
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
Willingness to travel and work in an assigned Verizon office.
Preferred
Demonstrated strong written and communication skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
