The RPC Technology & Development Internship provides hands-on experience in the Consumer Packaging America Division, allowing interns to work alongside industry experts on projects within manufacturing, engineering, packaging, and related business functions.

Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or master's degree program with a concentration in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Materials or Packaging Science
Proven leadership experience
Technical aptitude
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing or functional area)
