They are seeking an IT Integrations Analyst Intern to assist in IT due diligence, support gap analysis, and help document business and technical requirements while gaining valuable experience in project planning and execution.
Responsibilities
Assist in IT due diligence by gathering and analyzing data on systems, applications, and infrastructure across merging entities.
Support gap analysis to identify IT redundancies, integration challenges, and areas for process improvement.
Help document business and technical requirements, ensuring IT systems align with business goals.
Contribute to developing business cases for IT integration initiatives, assessing cost, risk, ROI, and operational impact.
Assist in project planning and execution, including tracking timelines, dependencies, and risks.
Support data migration, system consolidation, and application decommissioning efforts while ensuring security and compliance.
Work closely with IT, business, and external stakeholders, participating in meetings and providing analytical support.
Develop reports, presentations, and process documentation to assist senior team members in decision-making.
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Analytics, IT Security, Project Management or related fields
Strong, clear and concise communication and writing skills
Exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
Ability to independently lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
Basic understanding of Software development lifecycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
