Responsibilities
Designing and Developing: maintaining web applications across the full stack (front-end and back-end), under the guidance of senior developers
Collaborate: with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver features that support business and user needs
Participate: in Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups and sprint reviews, to learn about team workflows
Write Code: maintainable code with support from mentors and participate in code reviews
Troubleshoot : and help resolve technical issues, escalating complex challenges to senior team members or “Chapters.”
Document: user stories, and use cases to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals
Support migration: and integration of applications across data centers and cloud environments as part of ongoing IT RDI initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js)
Familiarity with at least one back-end language or framework (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.)
Preferred
Exposure to relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) is a plus
