The Intern Software Engineering will work closely with the software development team to contribute to the design, development, and testing of software solutions, gaining real-world experience and exposure to industry best practices.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the development team to write well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with established coding standards
Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and user experience
Assist in the testing and debugging of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and address issues through systematic troubleshooting
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, including code comments, system architecture documentation, and user manuals
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Actively participate in team discussions and share insights
Closely interact with senior developers, management, Project Management, Product Management, Operations, and a wide variety of teams throughout the organization
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2 years of completed coursework
Familiarity with object oriented programming languages, such as, Java, Python, C++. Hands on experience is a plus
Familiarity with software development methodologies, tools, and processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
