Imerys is the world’s leading supplier of mineral-based specialty solutions for the industry, and they are seeking an Intern for their ERP Data Migration team. The role involves supporting data migration tasks from Microsoft Dynamics AX & LIMS to SAP, ensuring data integrity, and assisting with quality procedures.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all quality data migration in ERP system; including coa modification, generation, and emailing to customers
Assistance with updating ISO 9001 quality procedures
Ensure system is built for quality techs to enter data
Responsible for building all routers and entry of all part numbers into ERP system
Open jobs to release data internally for project kick-offs in a timely fashion
Review, in detail, source data for data entry by compiling and sorting information
Process customer source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Account Manager for resolution
Verify entered information is accurate by reviewing and correcting information as required
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent skills with data sets ensuring data integrity
Must be very detail oriented
Experience with data management and software systems
Ability to maintain clear and concise data
Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ERP experience required; Global Shop ERP experience preferred
Self-starter with a strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and can work independently, as well as part of the team
High school diploma or equivalent required
Business or Engineering Bachelor degree in progress
