The Intern Application Developer will support software development and consulting projects, contribute to scalable cloud-native and full-stack applications, and gain exposure to Oracle enterprise applications, AI, cloud technologies, DevOps, Agile, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and contribute to project delivery
Design & Document Solutions: Contribute to technical documentation and design discussions to support effective communication and collaboration
Build High-Quality Software: Contribute to the development of scalable, reusable code and participate in code reviews and software quality practices
Develop Modern Applications: Contribute to cloud-native and full-stack applications using technologies such as databases, operating systems, cloud platforms, and modern UI frameworks, with a focus on user experience, performance, security, and quality
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
Interest in software development, application engineering, cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence, automation, or digital transformation
Basic understanding of programming concepts and experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, or similar technologies
Basic understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, algorithms, data structures, databases, APIs, and problem-solving concepts
Exposure to software development, web development, cloud technologies, databases, or technical problem-solving through coursework, academic projects, hackathons, student organizations, research, open-source contributions, personal learning, research, volunteer experiences, IBM SkillsBuild, certifications, or other practical learning opportunities
Awareness of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, automation, cybersecurity, and modern software engineering practices

Exposure to software development, cloud technologies, web applications, enterprise platforms, or modern application development through coursework, student projects, hackathons, research, open-source contributions, or internship experiences
