Kerry is a global taste and nutrition company serving the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. The ICT Intern will support Kerry’s PLM Optiva team on global projects for Research and Regulatory teams, contributing to business analysis, digital system deployments, testing, data migration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Getting involved in Business Excellence projects from the ICT pipeline, helping simplify RD&A and Regulatory processes and maximise user benefits
Supporting Optiva Global Template deployments globally, and learning how PLM connects with Kerryconnect SAP from product development through to manufacturing
Helping identify gaps between business requirements and the global template, documenting requirements and supporting process and functional design activities
Supporting enhancement testing, preparing test scripts and helping ensure required data is migrated successfully from legacy systems
Contributing to internal customer excellence by supporting ticket queues, clarifying business defects and analysing change requests through Kerry’s support portal
Qualification
Required
Studying or recent graduate in **Business Information Systems**, **Data Analytics**, **Computer Science**or a **related degree,** with a **2:1 degree classification**
Interested in the food and beverage industry, and curious about how new products are developed and brought into manufacturing
Curious about PLM solutions, Research and Regulatory processes, and how global digital templates support the business
Comfortable documenting requirements, supporting workshops and communicating clearly with business stakeholders
Interested in testing, data analysis and data manipulation, with confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams and Copilot
An organised, analytical team player who can meet deadlines and is open to supporting global deployments or travel if needed
