They are seeking recent graduates for their Graduate Development Program, specifically for the Associate Engineer role, where participants will engage in IT & Digital projects, contributing to major transformations like upgrading SAP software to the cloud.
Responsibilities
Work alongside lead engineers to design, develop, test, and implement SAP Finance and Supply Chain solutions.
Support the lead engineer in configuring and customizing SAP Finance functionalities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
Help create technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials for our SAP Finance solutions.
Join team meetings, engage in discussions, and share knowledge with your peers to foster a culture of learning and growth.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited institution preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or other related business fields.
Graduated between May 2025 and June 2026
Ability to begin the National Grid Graduate Program on June 8, 2026, or July 13, 2026
Valid driver’s license required with a safe driving history that meets National Grid’s Safe Driver policy
Work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (such as sponsorship for an H-1B, TN, O, L, STEM OPT, or other employment-based work authorization)
Preferred
Previous experience in a club/organization that is team-oriented
Previous internship/work experience in software engineering and/or finance
