They are seeking a Firmware Quality Assurance Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience in firmware testing, troubleshooting, and development on various product projects, while collaborating with a mentor and team members.
Responsibilities
Firmware test plan development
Product testing, debugging, failure analysis
Develop and maintain self-improvement programs and automated scripts to optimize testing efforts
Collaborate with other team members to execute test plans and develop automation platforms
Create reports, memos, and provide status updates to engineers, supervisors, and project teams
Additional projects, tasks, and/or assignments as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field (First Year completed preferred)
Intermediate computer/technical skills in Microsoft products
Relevant Coursework including Python Programming, DC Circuits, and Analog Circuits
Basic understanding of engineering development tools such as SVN, compilers, and IDEs
Basic experience with version control, such as SVN or Git
Preferred
Relevant Coursework including Embedded Systems
Basic experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, logic analyzers
