Teradyne is a supplier of automatic test equipment used to test complex electronics used in consumer electronics. This Co-op assignment will involve working alongside Applications Engineers to develop test programs and perform software Q/A functions on complex assemblies.
Responsibilities
Develop test programs
Execute test suites
Develop fixturing and documentation
Performing software Q/A functions on complex assemblies
Identifying the corrective action
Qualification
Required
Be working towards a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer System Engineering
Have completed at least sophomore year
Be enthusiastic and eager to learn
Have programming skills in C, C++ and/or C#
Experience debugging hardware circuitry using benchtop lab equipment is a requirement
Have experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs
Have good communication skills and the ability to work with cross functional engineering teams
Qualified applicants will be required to commute to and work on site at our North Reading, MA location
