They are seeking an Embedded Software DevSecOps Co-op/Intern to contribute to the development of automated solutions for optical transport products, solve complex technical problems, and collaborate with the Firmware R&D teams.
Responsibilities
Contributing to the ongoing development of automated solutions for our next generation optical transport products
Solving complex technical problems
Working in close collaboration with the Firmware R&D teams; and
Improving the quality and robustness of firmware and hardware tests
Qualification
Required
2nd, 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Desire to succeed and to do things right the first time
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong object-oriented software design and implementation (any language)
Experience with any or all of the following: Git, GitHub, Bash, PowerShell, ChatGPT, Copilot, C#, Python, Javascript, XML, gRPC, Jira
Experience in instrumentation and automation
Understanding of optical systems
Experience with optical instruments and optical fibers
