The Embedded Firmware internship offers hands-on experience in firmware development for microcontroller-based systems, where the intern will collaborate with senior engineers on projects involving firmware debugging and hardware integration.
Responsibilities
Assist in firmware development for microcontrollers (C/C++).
Support board bring-up and hardware/firmware integration testing.
Debug and resolve firmware issues under supervision.
Write and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation for embedded systems.
Perform lab work, including using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to implement new features and verify designs.
Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
Experience with RTOS concepts.
Knowledge of wireless protocols (LoRa, BLE, Wi-Fi).
Coursework/projects in embedded systems, IoT, or PCB design.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
