Responsibilities
Support technology strategy and enablement initiatives aligned with Zurich North America’s business goals
Participate in solution design, testing, and delivery activities across enterprise applications
Learn and apply project management and software development methodologies
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and business teams to deliver impactful solutions
Gain exposure to the full software lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and support
Strengthen corporate communication and collaboration skills through team engagement and presentations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
Two or more years of college coursework (should be a rising Junior or Senior)
Legally eligible to work in the U.S. indefinitely
Preferred
Pursuing a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher
Foundational coding and software development knowledge (experience with any programming language a plus)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Curiosity to learn and a passion for technology innovation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
