Skechers is a Fortune 500® company that designs and markets a diverse range of products. They are seeking a Digital Loyalty Engineering Intern who will be immersed in the software development life cycle, participating in various processes and responsibilities including Agile SCRUM and software design.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively on a scrum team of approximately 6 to 8 developers and testers.
Refactoring, bug fixing and upgrading tools and libraries in existing codebase.
Leverage AWS Q Developer to generate boiler plate code, unit test and, to document classes and methods.
Review and update microservices documentation.

Qualification

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Anticipated graduation date of Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
Available to participate in our internship program from end of May/June to August/September 2025 in our Manhattan Beach, CA corporate office
Java 17 and Spring Boot 3
OWASP security best practices
Knowledge in Intellij or Spring Tool Suite
