The Summer Analyst in Software Engineering will design, build, test, and support technology solutions, collaborating with engineering, product, data, and business teams across software applications, cloud platforms, data systems, infrastructure automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and support software solutions used across the firm
Develop applications, services, APIs, and automation capabilities
Build scalable systems that process and manage large volumes of data
Contribute to cloud-native architectures and platform engineering initiatives
Partner with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to turn ideas into production solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, and software delivery processes
Write and review code with AI-assisted development tools, using firm-approved plugins, skills, and standards that accelerate the development lifecycle
Improve operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and workflows
Learn and apply modern engineering practices, tools, and technologies
Qualification
Required
Strong programming fundamentals in any modern programming language
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Interest in software engineering, cloud computing, data systems, or platform technologies
Work effectively within collaborative teams
Strong communication skills
A desire to learn new technologies and continuously improve
Curiosity about applying AI and emerging technologies to real world problems
A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset
Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
Have an anticipated graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028
