Wealth Product COE Intern (Hybrid)

Broadridge is a company that empowers others to accomplish more, and they are seeking a Wealth Product Management Intern to support their Canadian Wealth Product team. This role offers hands-on experience in financial technology product development and strategy within a global organization, focusing on research, analysis, documentation, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Product Management team in researching market trends and competitive analysis related to wealth management technology
  • Help document product requirements, user stories, and workflows under the guidance of senior product leaders
  • Support in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards showcasing product updates and key metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, marketing, finance, operations) to gather and organize information for product initiatives
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders and take meeting notes to track action items and deliverables
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve client experiences, product design, and digital capabilities
  • Learn about Broadridge’s wealth management platform, its components, and how it integrates with client and partner systems
  • Develop automation & AI product use cases alongside other product leaders
  • Support business case creation by gathering data, compiling insights, and benchmarking industry best practices
  • Gain exposure to Agile product development processes and digital innovation in financial services

Qualification

Required

  • Currently enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Interest in wealth management, fintech innovation, and product development
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
  • AI & Automation exposure or training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data tools or project management software is an asset
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced product managers
