Cartier is a luxury goods brand that designs, manufactures, and sells fragrances, accessories, jewelry, and watches. They are seeking a Fragrance Product Manager V.I.E to support the North America Senior Marketing Manager in developing marketing strategies for Cartier Fragrance and managing retail business with key high-end partners.
Responsibilities
Develop 360° launch plans for key novelties in partnership with Senior Marketing Manager - focusing on Cartier Fragrances’ High-End pillars.
Manage and execute various fragrance activations in collaboration with cross-functional teams- aimed to raise category awareness and build desirability around Cartier Fragrances.
Set marketing vision for high-end novelties, and help define accurate forecasts in partnership with Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
Develop compelling product training materials and conduct training sessions for both internal new hires / corporate teams and external partners.
Liaise directly with HQ global marketing plan vision & local trade plan implementation.
Define key initiatives to grow Cartier’s fragrance business in Retail- from setting the strategy to coordinating execution.
Set realistic yet ambitious sales targets per boutique, with weekly tracking to keep regular pulse on business trajectory.
Develop appropriate marketing tools & roll-out initiatives to help boutiques achieve sales goals.
Conduct boutique visits to actively engage with the teams & learn from the field.
Set a regular cadence of sharing immediate learnings and developing short-term and long-term action plans in response.
Build strong relationships with boutique leadership and individual Ambassadors- through regular sharing sessions & active engagement.
Prepare seasonal market meetings and other key marketing presentations throughout the year, in partnership with larger Fragrance Marketing team.
Provide high-end retailers with all necessary trade marketing tools, tailor-made to each partner’s unique needs and characteristics
Ensure a specific business and operational follow-up for flagships and focus doors
In partnership with Senior Marketing Manager, set yearly vision on POSM (tester, sample, GWP, etc.) forecast and consumption.
In partnership with Supply Chain team, place timely POSM orders and allocate by channel.
Gather qualitative feedback on POSM needs from sales team to accurately pivot and adjust forecast to best fit customer demand & local activations.
Create regular business analysis and recaps, focusing on in-depth Retail performance review and High-End product category analysis.
Track and analyze competitive local initiatives.
Qualification
Required
Graduated from a Master's in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
Similar professional experiences in Product Management in the Luxury and/or Fashion Industry, ideally on the Cosmetics / Fragrances category
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to learn, a high sense of curiosity and willingness to stretch your skillset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and high volume workspace
Creative mind with a high aesthetic sense
Good organizational skills, on top of tasks at all times and ensure alignment across all parties
Strong analytical skills and rigor
Expert Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Highly collaborative and love to work in an international environment
Preferred
French language skills are a plus
Some knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (such as PowerBI) is a plus
