NAVER U.Hub is a subsidiary of the global internet technology company NAVER, based in Los Angeles. They are seeking a Product Management Intern to assist in evolving the ThingsBook product roadmap and refining feature requirements based on live user data.
Responsibilities
Support Product Roadmap: Assist in identifying innovative features that empower personal storytelling and community engagement, contributing to the long-term roadmap for ThingsBook
Korean Technical Documentation: Help define and document detailed product requirements (PRDs) in Korean, providing clear and actionable guidance for the Korea-based engineering team
Cross-border Collaboration: Facilitate smooth communication between the U.S. and Korea teams via Slack and Zoom, ensuring specifications are clearly understood and project updates are shared
User Insight & Data Analysis: Assist in gathering user feedback and analyzing pain points to propose actionable product improvements, focusing on enhancing the user journey from discovery to interaction
Operational Execution: Partner with design, marketing, and operations teams to support the delivery of data-driven updates and ensure efficient project milestones
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
Fluency in both English and Korean is required
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively navigate collaboration across different cultures and time zones
Ability to translate product concepts into clear Korean technical documentation
Preferred
MBA preferred
Prior experience or a strong interest in Product Management, social media platforms, or the tech industry
