Alcon is a global leader in eye care, committed to advancing eye health worldwide. They are seeking a Digital Product Management Intern for Summer 2026 to work on implementing enhancements to the US MARLO platform, collaborating with various teams to improve processes and deliver value.

Responsibilities

Partnering with Engineering and Design on Agile Sprint planning to deliver new enhancements improving the overall value proposition
Collaborating with the local market team on go-to-market launch planning
Documenting epics and user stories in JIRA
Staying in sync with the Dev Engineering team on priorities and day-to-day decision making and supporting agile ways of working

Qualification

Required

Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to internship or co-op, and at least one additional semester following internship or co-op
Must be pursuing at least a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project management, or related major
Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0
Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship (students on an F1 visa with CPT can be accommodated)
Ability to commit to a 10-12 week, full time (40 hours per week) summer internship

Strong communication skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing
Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment
Strong project management capabilities
High attention to detail together with an ability to understand the big picture
Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Superior time management and prioritization skills
Experience using JIRA and Confluence
High proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams
