Greystone is a financial services and private investment company, and they are seeking a motivated Intern Product Manager to join Greystone Tech. This internship offers hands-on experience working on real projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product experts to innovate in commercial lending.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the product team to gather and clarify requirements for new features and product updates.
Develop user stories and product specifications to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Support cross-functional problem-solving, considering trade-offs between speed, scalability, and quality.
Assist in monitoring product performance metrics and analyzing results to recommend improvements.
Participate in technical discussions and planning meetings to understand product needs and align on priorities.
Work with engineers to create UX flows, wireframes, and designs.
Learn and apply best practices for agile project management, release communications, and new feature user training.
Shadow senior product managers and actively participate in product demonstrations and stakeholder presentations.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelors (or equivalent) degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
Interest in product management, technology, finance, and/or commercial real estate.
Basic understanding of agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and product performance metrics.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
A sense of humor and empathy to match our collaborative team culture.
Preferred
Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or Figma is a plus.
