They are seeking a Software Product Management Intern to play a vital role in ensuring the quality of their next-generation dealer subscription portal and bridging the gap between technical development and real-world dealer needs.
Responsibilities
Spearhead user acceptance testing and identify critical use cases to ensure a seamless dealer experience
Collaborate directly with developers to define and clarify innovative features for the subscription store
Drive the dealer feedback loop by conducting usability tests and interviews to gather qualitative insights
Translate complex dealer needs into actionable recommendations for the project leadership team
Empower global support teams by crafting high-impact content for user manuals and training materials
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business
Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Availability for a 12-month internship. Full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year
Preferred
Previous experience with e-commerce platforms or subscription-based business models
Familiarity with software testing methodologies or UI/UX feedback collection
