Software Product Management Intern

The Software Product Management Intern will support the Collaboration Solutions team by collecting market and customer insights, analyzing data, and contributing to software product planning, requirements, and launches for hybrid workplace experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Collect market, competitor, and customer insights
  • Analyze data and translate findings into actionable product insights
  • Support concept planning and launches for software experiences
  • Help define software requirements with user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Use AI and analytics tools to improve research and decision-making

Qualification

Required

  • Interested candidates must be currently eligible to work in the US AND must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future
  • 3rd year of Bachelor's program completed or 1st year of Master's program
  • Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university
  • Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027, and not require sponsorship in the future
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in product management and technology products
  • Experience with data analysis and research
  • Understanding of user-centered design and UX/UI principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize work and collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency with standard productivity software

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and unstructured work situations

  • Working knowledge of prioritization models
  • Market and competitive analysis experience
