They are seeking a Software Product & Customer Communication Intern to gain experience in data management and customer relations, while contributing to communication plans and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

Gain real-world experience: Dive headfirst into the exciting world of data management and customer relations, working alongside experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you throughout your internship.
Manage Customer Communication Lists: Develop and maintain communication lists associated with retiring a software platform, ensuring accurate and timely updates to our customers.
Perform Data Entry: Conduct precise data entry to ensure our records are up-to-date and correctly reflect the transition process of our software platform.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work in a dynamic and inclusive environment where you can voice your ideas, learn from experts, and bring innovative solutions to the table.
Professional Growth: Develop your skills and build a strong foundation for a successful start to your career. You’ll leave IDEXX with valuable experience and knowledge.

Qualification

Required

You are a student of Business Management with a focus on marketing/communication or related fields.
You are a team player and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You are passionate about creating value for individuals through meticulous data entry and customer communication.
You bring a hands-on mentality and can multi-task.
You are always looking for opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
You are eager to learn and ready to tackle new challenges.
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
You are available to start in June and can work with us for 3 months full-time (40 hours a week).
You need to be enrolled as a student towards the attaining of a degree to be eligible for this internship and to secure university approval to start the assignment.
