Bayer is a global company committed to science for a better life, and they are seeking a Product Supply Controlling Intern. The intern will be responsible for developing cost reporting tools, supporting management of production spend, and providing financial analysis to business partners.
Responsibilities
Develop cost reporting tools which will be developed into dashboards or other business tools
Support management of "cost of goods manufactured" by reporting, validating and reviewing production spend
Summarize financial results into presentations including tables / graphs to share the financial story with business partners
Provide trend analysis and reports to business partners on key deviations and business drivers to assess business risk / opportunities
Develop a forecast simulation tool which allows teams to review spending against guardrails
Partner with finance, data analytics team and business partners on metric and dashboard development
Assist in pulling data/information in support of various stakeholders or initiatives
Support special projects or initiatives as they arise
Qualification
Required
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting (with some course work in finance or accounting already completed)
Ability to learn quickly and embrace a dynamic work environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (with significant focus in Excel)
