American Tower is a global digital infrastructure company focused on tower sites and real estate solutions that support connectivity. The Product & Strategy Intern will support the U.S. Tower division through valuations, financial analysis, business data requests, reporting, dashboards, competitive and industry analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
Responsibilities
Aid in performing valuations for a variety of opportunities through established financial models
Perform lookbacks on the financial performance of various business segments
Support data requests from the business to aid in the decision-making process
Create reports and dashboards to monitor financial and operational results
Develop an understanding of the industry, business model, and our customers/competitors
Create presentation materials for stakeholders to drive informed decisions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
An interest in the wireless tower industry, real estate, or finance
Strong organizational skills and a willingness to manage tasks in a high-volume environment
An ability to participate in professional meetings with employees at multiple levels
Strong written and oral communication skills
Capable of working independently within the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic Excel functions; Salesforce and Oracle skills are a bonus
