The Product Owner Intern will support the product team in delivering innovative customer support experiences through web and mobile applications, assisting with defining product requirements, managing backlogs, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Assisting with defining product requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting feature prioritization for the Keysight Support Portal
Supporting backlog management activities
Collaborating with stakeholders including developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, support teams, and business users to gather feedback and improve customer experiences
Participating in Agile Scrum activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, demos, and retrospectives
Assisting with testing activities and validating acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality feature delivery
Supporting web and mobile experience enhancements with a customer-first mindset
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Interest in Product Management, digital customer experiences, or enterprise web/mobile applications
Good communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Interest in UI/UX design principles and customer-centric product development
Curiosity about AI-driven customer support technologies and digital experiences
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies or coursework/projects involving Agile concepts is a plus
