Responsibilities
Responsible for high quality entertainment content and creators' growth, to bring more creativity and value to TikTok.
Design and execute scalable growth strategies, on the basis of deeply understanding entertainment content ecosystem, creators' needs.
Conduct research on content products and entertainment industries worldwide, to discover new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Product and Global Operation teams to drive our success.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor and above, use English as a working language
Internship experience in social media / online content platform companies
Preferred
Good at thinking logically, able to understand complicated situations, define problems and develop approaches to achieve goals
Good at different culture understanding, communication, being result-oriented
Have empathy for users, being able to deeply understand creator's demands
