We are looking for a Product Operations Intern to implement growth hacking strategies, analyze data, and own impactful projects that enhance the products used daily by our partners and pros.
Responsibilities
Work across product, engineering, and marketing to ideate and prioritize growth experiments
Work directly with the Executive team to scale new secret initiatives
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth across the business
Help blue collar workers earn money and lead better lives through Instawork
Live and breathe the latest AI tools and technologies, you know what “vibe coding” means
Work across our tech stack and adapt to new technologies, leading with an “Always Be Learning” attitude
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical or analytical field
Proficient in SQL (must have)
Not sure of what you want to do after school, but wish you could do a bit of everything
Excited about startups
Most of all - be hungry and have a 'do what it takes' attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Proficient in Python (nice to have)
Experience in sales or marketing is a plus
