CentralReach provides the leading Autism and IDD Care software and services platform to help children and adults diagnosed with autism and related intellectual and developmental disabilities. They are looking for a driven intern with a passion for technical writing and operations to gain first-hand experience writing technical documents and assisting the Product Operations Lead.

Responsibilities

Create and edit training content, including release notes, user guides, and knowledge base articles for different products.
Work with subject matter experts to learn and demonstrate an understanding of our products.
Provide assistance for release communications and collecting metrics.
Keep track of documentation throughout the entire process and adhere to timelines, standards, styles, and methods.

Qualification

Required

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English or technical writing
Passion for critical thinking and writing explanatory or instructional content
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross departmentally with a variety of teams, including Product Owners and Developers
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
